Rips that never go anywhere, like the infamous Delfino Plaza, are a guilty pleasure of mine, to be honest... I've done a few of them on my own, but this is my favorite.

It's no secret that people compare the Cheetahmen theme to Cornered from the Ace Attorney series. I knew that people would assume a rip of it to capitalize on that, maybe even expect it... and I spent a while trying to think of a way to do that in a way that's actually funny.
I could explain what happened afterwards, but... I think this speaks for itself, honestly. I uploaded two rips, one teasing the Cornered that only played for a single measure, and the other subverting expectations by using Phoenix and Apollo's Objection themes instead.

This version of the rip combines the two uploads by giving a bit of a taste of both in a way that hopefully doesn't drag down the pace too much! I still think the original rips were pretty funny, but I'm willing to compromise humor for a better listening experience here.
