Or informally, Sario's Song.

Both the tambourine in Saria's Song and the percussion in the Ground Theme always felt like a variation on the classic galloping rhythm to me (think the William Tell Overture!), although with some key differences - in particular, the Ground Theme swings its percussion for the most part, giving the piece an interesting syncopated feeling that's most reminiscent of reggae music. I'm not sure if that's necessarily what Koji Kondo was going for, because the percussion was the remnants of another, scrapped theme that Kondo wrote over, but that's the effect I get from it.

A lot of my rips of Koji Kondo's work tends to be like this: a subtle, unspoken study of his style by comparing a composition of his either to another, or another piece that perhaps influenced him.

Oh, and you can't forget the opening! I've always found that version of the track quite peculiar... I wonder how they managed it back when channel muting on emulators or even Famitracker wasn't so common?
