I've forgotten when I made this arrangement exactly, sadly... but it was one of my earlier experiments with Famitracker, using the pulse and noise instruments from The Legend of Zelda, while taking drums from Valkyrie and making a N163 waveform based on the string sample the game used.
(Geez, did I made that opening glissando manually? It looks painful in retrospect... maybe I ported it over from something.)

I kind of forgot about it until Namco Day happened. I happened to have a Metro-Cross rip go up on that day, not knowing it was Pac-Man's anniversary... only to read a comment saying that it could be nice to have an entire day of Namco-based stuff.
I spent basically the rest of the day trying to make a Namco-themed rip for every hour and uploading each of them in time... it was extremely lucky that I happened to have this on hand, so I could spend a bit more time for just one hour. I have no idea what I would've done if I didn't have it...

This is actually part of the reason why 765 Grand Dad was so full of stuff I did... because a lot of it was stuff I'd literally come up with on that very day. It was really stressing, but... I'm glad I did it, really. It's fun to look back on like this... And now you know how it happened too!
