I knew this was a rip I really wanted to include on this selection. Nobody, literally nobody knew what it was on the original upload!
And I wouldn't really blame them... after all, it's a pretty obscure track, referencing something equally obscure to most of the channel's audience.
The rip actually draws comparisons between the original track and Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 9, Movement No. 1, quoting an excerpt from the latter piece as it continues.

An interesting piece of trivia about this symphony is that its fourth and final movement references Beethoven's own Symphony No. 9, more commonly known as Ode to Joy! The first and fourth movements are some of my favorite pieces of classical (well... romantic) music.
I've had a bit of an interesting relationship with classical music. I can't say I'm really classically trained by any means, but... it's been an undeniable influence on my music from time to time.

I guess the most interesting part about this rip was recreating the orchestration based off of the conductor's score. I'd never worked with violas before, and parsing the alto clef and notating it on the computer was an interesting challenge. The ending just kind of ended up happening, I think. It was a spur-of-the moment thing I did to give the rip a quick ending, since I was honestly getting a bit tired of transcribing the symphony down (and their similarities kind of end by that point).
