I believe this was the third rip I ever made! I was uncertain as to whether this would qualify to go up on the channel at first, but Chaze assured me that it was good...
This is a bit of a tangent, but I was a bit nervous going into the team at first. I expected the channel to be staffed by actual VGM professionals doing it as a bit of a laugh in their free time... and to find out that not only that was clearly not the case, but that I practically knew nobody in this team was a bit shocking. I'm glad that the admin team welcomed me so warmly, in that regard, and they've never stopped being so approachable since.

Back on topic, though, I made this early into my experiments with Famitracker and importing .nsf files. I transcribed all the other songs into the original LoZ Overworld file... which definitely wasn't a very efficient way to do it in hindsight, but I liked taking the time to observe how the various composers I was working with differed: Kondo and Sugiyama's harmonization was remarkably different, while Nakatsuka took the triplets in Kondo's original and emphasized it using his countermelodies, for instance.

The Flintstones part faded out prematurely originally, and the Hydlide part wasn't there either; both were things I added after the channel was taken down, and decided to reupload this, I think. I couldn't really find a way to make the Flintstones part work at first, but I'm pretty sure Hydlide was something I only added after seeing the comments on the original upload.

This differs from previous album releases in that I fixed a slight issue in the triangle channel in the beginning that combined a bunch of short bass notes! This could have been a problem in Title Screen & Ending too, actually, if someone didn't point it out to me, and came up with an .ftm of the original Dino & Hoppy song.
