THE iDOLM@STER Platinum Stars was a bit of a big deal to me when it was new. I'm definitely a bit out of my iM@S phase by this point (it's taken me too long to realize I'm not their target audience), but at the time, the news of a new iM@S game starring the 765 thirteen, and releasing in a language I understand (...on a platform I don't plan on buying anytime soon) was exciting for me. My goal was to arrange its two vocal songs in time to celebrate the game's release... and I just barely made it, finishing both of the remixes on the day.

This was the more ambitious of the two, which started my experiments with hybridizing the Namco sound by mixing its arcade synths with modern samples and effects to more easily get a wider palette of sounds. Here, I think I managed to get a decent approximation of the ska-like feel of the original... especially given I didn't really have very good sources of the song to work with for the longest time.
